AI & Platforms Atlas¶
A neutral, heavily-cited internal reference site. It exists so the team can:
- Form an unbiased mental model of major platforms — Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, and Appian — and where each genuinely wins versus where it is commonly mis-selected.
- Understand how those platforms are investing in native AI — what is shipped, what is roadmap, which model providers sit underneath, how customer data is handled.
A separate section covers Data & Analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir), which differ enough from the enterprise platforms above to warrant their own cohort.
Cohorts¶
-
Five tier-one platforms: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, and Appian. Fundamentals, fit, and pricing.
-
Native AI in Enterprise Platforms
What each platform ships natively for AI — products, model providers, data posture, pricing, release timelines.
-
Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir — fundamentals and native AI. Scaffolding only; awaiting a second-pass research phase.
How to read this site¶
- Every factual claim is cited. Click any footnote to verify.
- Tone is neutral by design. Vendor positioning is reported, not endorsed.
- Content decays. Each page declares a
last_revieweddate and a tier (A/B/C). Tier C pages are refreshed quarterly; Tier A pages annually. Seedecay.mdin the repo for the full mapping.
How to navigate¶
Use the top tabs to move between sections, or the sidebar to jump to a specific page. The search box (top-right) indexes the entire site.
How this is maintained¶
The repository contains REFRESH.md with the exact prompts to re-run for each tier on
its refresh cadence. The CHANGELOG.md records what changed and when.
If you spot a claim that looks wrong, stale, or under-cited, flag it — the maintenance process is designed to catch and correct exactly that.
